Three very good words!

IMAGINE:CREATE:INSPIRE:

I read those words on a picture about six months ago and they have not left me. I keep them on three sticky tabs right in front of me in my office. Think about how wonderful and fun it is when you live your life with that in mind.

We are called to IMAGINE a world that is transformed by the power of God, CREATE a lifestyle that causes people to be completely INSPIRED by what God is doing in and through us.

E-DOG is 7 and He's a ROCK STAR!

Ethan turns the big 7 Wednesday, and with no prodding from his dear ole dad he wanted a guitar for his birthday. After a great trip to Guitar Center, and talking myself out of buying him a Taylor we came home with his very fist AXE. Seriously his career is my retirement, I  want him to succeed.....BAD! Here are some picks of the evening.

Saturday Just Got better

Just letting you know if your in the area and have nothing to do you can stop by for our first Saturday night gathering at 6pm. Think of the perks:

- you can sleep longer tomorrow

- you can eat your pancakes way slower

- you can come Saturday and Sunday and then ruin all the punch lines for the person sitting next to you.

- it's easier to warm your car up at night than it is in the morning(i don't really know)

- it could get you out of shoveling the side walk tonight because you don't want to be late for church

my primary purpose is primarily secondary...um yeah!

Have you ever noticed that the primary purpose that people would approach Jesus with seemed to be the secondary purpose in His eyes.

Friends bring the paralyzed man to Jesus did you ever notice his responce: When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven." . He doesn't physically heal the man until the Pharisees get ticked off.

How many times am I pursuing the things I perceive to be the primary purpose of God when really I am running hard after the secondary. --Dangit!

Q. When is the last time you were in a conversation and learned something... rather than trying to dominate the conversation with the objective of teaching something?

If you can't remember, you may be unteachable.....I'm just saying think about it, everyone around you wishes you would.

Hangin With Bikers Today!

Bikers are so intimidating, I was with a few today and it was bad to the bone. They wanted to rob banks and beat random people up but I was able to bribe them away from it with a movie and Little Cesar's $5.00 pizzas.
